Alert System
How does alert setting work?
On the chart, you will see a list of key POI areas related to the last 10 structures within that timeframe. You can select any of them, and it will be added to your alert list.
What are the key parameters that I can set alerts for them?
You can set alerts for all of key parameters within Smart Money Concept such as market Structures(BOS and CHOCH), different POIs, LQs, OBs, IDM and even confirmations like Flips, SCOBs and Sweeps. It is notable that you can use this tool through multiple time frames..

How can I set or remove an alert?
For setting an alert, go the chart. Below the chart you can see the 10 latest structures. Each structure consist some POIs. You can select how many POIs you want and the alert will bet set for those POIs. Even you can set alert for confirmations within a POI, like Flip in smaller time frame.
For removing an alert, you can simply go to the chart and uncheck the POI or other parameters you set alert on previously. You can also remove and Alert Management in the Alert Tab as well.
Are alerts set automatically?
No, each alert must be set manually based on your analysis.
For automatic alerts, you need to purchase the Ultra plan . With the Optimize panel, you can refine your model and set it as a priority. The system will then track it and automatically set alerts when conditions are met.You can also remove auto-set alerts that you find less relevant.
How will alert system notify me?
A notification message will be sent to your dashboard, telegram or email address. It’s totally customizable and you can always choose which way you prefer to get notified.
To receive alerts on platforms like Excel, Python, MetaTrader, etc., you can use the API Services.

Why am I not receiving any alerts?
You may have not set any alerts yet. Each alert must be manually configured based on your analysis.
If you have set alerts but are not receiving them, there might be a technical issue with our website. Please check your Email or Dashboard for any system notifications > News.
If no service disruptions are reported, please contact Tech support via ticket or Email.
Could an alert fail to be sent?
Yes, we do not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted alert delivery. In some cases, complex calculations may delay or even prevent an alert from being sent. However, we always strive to provide the best possible service. 😊

Can I login with multiple devices?
Yes. But please remember that you can only be logged in on one device at a time. If you log in on a second device, the first device will be automatically logged out.
What if I login through more than 2 devices?
Logging in on the third device or more will result in your account being temporarily blocked. However, you can switch between two devices as often as you like.
